Louise Dias graduated in Psychology and Law, postgraduate in financial and economic Engineering. She was national manager of CAIXA Health. Nowadays she is HR National Superintendent, responsible for professional career, employee selection, trainees and Universidade Caixa.

Louise is certified in financial health (Financial Education), one of basis of Universidade Caixa actuation as a true soft power.


Benoît Gandillot

Coordinator of the GlobalCCU Awards Assessment

During 24 years, Benoit Gandillot has held several Operational and Finance Managerial positions in France and abroad for different companies and Groups.

He created analytical tools to support Analysis and Decision Making in heterogeneous environments (local legacy IT systems, non-harmonised referential and codification, etc).

He wrote papers and conferences, created games and courses about economy and politics, finance, controlling, accounting, communication, LEAN, company cultures, development of managers, etc.

From 2007 until 2020 he led Nexans University. He supported the management’s ambition to move to a new culture (gap analysis of actual culture vs. targeted culture + change management in a multicultural context), introduced LEAN, created an ambitious managers’ development programme, including individual behaviours, clear definition of managers’ roles, clear definition/analysis of the cultural context.

In 2013, he received an Innovation award from GlobalCCU for his research and tools on knowledge transmission.


Frank Kelley

Vice President at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), USA

Mr. Frank Kelley currently serves as the Vice President at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) focusing on aligning DAU’s strategic goals to both the Secretary of Defense and Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. Mr. Kelley continues to help build the reputation of DAU as the DOD’s primary learning institution, and oversees the development and delivery of acquisition curriculum across the acquisition workforce.

Prior to joining DAU, Mr. Kelley served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy Unmanned Systems from October 2015 – June 2018. In this capacity, he was the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition on matters relating to unmanned systems across all domains—land, sea, and air.

Mr. Kelley had a 32-year career with the United States Marine Corps. Some of his most notable accomplishments were graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and being a recipient of the Naval ROTC Donald R. Bertling Award. His career flourished as he graduated from Officer Candidate School, went on to flight training, and Mr. Kelley’s dedication to his service and country are what got him to being promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.

Rafat Malik is Chief Executive Officer at Centre for Governance (Public Investment Fund). He was previously the Dean of STC Academy (STC Vice President) at Saudi Telecom (Saudi Arabia) where his role was to Build and Lead a Digital Academy for STC and the broader Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was earlier Vice President Corporate Partnerships at Financial Times | IE Business School Corporate Learning Alliance in London, UK, a world-leading custom executive education provider.

Rafat is Member of the Board of Governors at University of Brighton (UK), and of the GlobalCCU Advisory Board (France). He was employed at Duke Corporate Education as a Vice-President Director, Business Development EMEA, and spent five years at Imperial College London in three senior roles. He has worked in UK government at the Ministry of Defence, military and high technology commercial environments from the outset of his career Including Smiths Aerospace and GE.

He is, by training a military aviator (Royal Air Force) and chartered aeronautical engineer. Rafat Malik was educated at the University of Warwick, Royal Holloway College and Kings College London. Including courses at Sandhurst Military Academy and RAF Cranwell.

Saynur Önen is a senior consultant who has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management. Throughout her career, she had chance to work in a range of various roles and gained a proven track record in delivering results with exceptional proficiency in transformation of organisation and culture.

She had extensive experience in establishing, transforming and developing corporate universities of significant companies including Yapı Kredi Banking Academy, Turk Telekom Academy and Turkcell Academy. In her last position at Yıldız Holding, as Human Resources Management Group Director, she restructured and directed HR policy and functions in cooperation with HR teams of 20 companies of the Group. Her practices were rewarded by more than 20 global prestigious awards including GlobalCCU.

She has been an Advisory Board Member of Global CCU, she was a founding member and Chairman of Turkish Training and Development Association Board (TEGEP) between 2013-2016. Saynur Önen graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychological Counseling, had HR Master’s degree on Talent Management. From 2004 to 2008 he was responsible for the Food Division of Nestlé Switzerland in charge of flagship products such as Nescafé, Nesquik, Thomy and Maggi. Today he is responsible for the Corporate Leadership Education for the entire group within Nestlé International Training Center located close to the Head Quarters.
